Known for his strong capability, commitment and track record, Richard is a highly respected long-term advisor to business owners and Boards, entrepreneurs, private equity sponsors and high net worth families.

He has over 25 years’ experience in corporate finance, M&A advisory, financial restructuring and private equity investing. He conducts himself with the highest integrity and transparency, while calmly maintaining a very clear focus on the most critical elements that will achieve his clients’ goals.

Beyond the list of successful transactions he has amassed during his career, Richard is most proud of the tight-knit team of high performing investment bankers and advisors he has assembled at 333 Capital.

Richard serves as the Chairman of iconic Australian travel and tourism company, Greyhound Australia and SaaS-based international student recruitment marketplace, Adventus.io. He is also a Non-Executive Director of the largest dedicated e-sports and gaming entertainment venue in the Southern Hemisphere, Fortress.

Richard’s areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, business divestments, debt and equity raisings, corporate restructuring and recapitalisations, private equity investing and special situations funding, and business direction, strategic and tactical advice.
