Nick has deep expertise in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions and has delivered successful outcomes for listed companies, private companies, private equity, and high net worth individuals in the Australian market. 

Nick has over a decade of experience and prior to joining 333 Capital, he spent four years with PwC providing transaction advisory services to clients. 

His numerous successful transactions have given him exposure a variety of industries including engineering services, professional services, business services, technology, technology enabled services, financial services and passenger transport. 

Nick’s areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, business divestments, strategic reviews, financial and tactical advice, buy and sell-side advisory, and capital raising and management.
