Nathan Archer

Nathan’s balance of experience in both advisory and principal roles, spanning 20 years across professional services, investment banking and ASX20 has made him a well-rounded advisor. He brings a point of difference by being able to put himself in his client’s shoes. 

Before joining 333 Capital, Nathan worked in the mergers and acquisitions team at PricewaterhouseCoopers and prior to that in corporate development and principal investment roles at Suncorp and Nomura (London). This background has given him significant experience across the spectrum of listed corporates, private companies and private equity across both sell-side and buy-side roles.

His personable style means he is able to both advocate for his client’s best interests while working through complex issues with counterparties in a constructive manner. Nathan enjoys building relationships and has high personal integrity which always means giving advice in the client’s best interest.

• Principal role (Suncorp Insurance Ventures) – multiple JV’s, bolt-on acquisitions and buy-out of shareholders across Suncorp’s supply chain joint ventures (smash repair, motor parts, home repair)
