Michael brings over 25 years of experience in M&A advisory, capital raising and corporate law.

Michael structures his transactions to reflect his clients priorities and objectives. He is results focussed, brings energy to a project and operates with the highest integrity. Michael prides himself on his many long term client relationships.

Michael has successfully advised corporates (both listed and unlisted), private equity sponsors and high net wealth individuals on numerous domestic and cross border transactions.

Michael’s transaction experience covers Mergers and Acquisitions, Divestments, capital raisings and strategic reviews.

Prior to joining 333 Capital, Michael was a Director at Merrill Lynch, including two years in the London office and a partner at a mid market focussed corporate advisory firm. Michael commenced his career as a corporate lawyer at Corrs Chambers Westgarth and also Linklaters in London.
