Through a combination of hard work, collaboration and a focus on the details, Matthew has built a track record of successful outcomes in often complex and unique situations. Matthew takes pride in understanding a client’s objectives and tailoring his approach to achieve the desired outcomes. This has led to long term client relationships and repeat engagements.
Matthew has over nine years’ experience in investment banking and professional services. He has advised across a range of transaction types and situations for both private and publicly listed clients.
Matthew’s areas of expertise include business divestments, acquisitions, strategic and financial advice, restructuring and recapitalisations, and capital raisings.
